Elide with Tear
display an elided version of the selected cell and a "torn paper" effect at the elision point.
Details
- Elide with Tear is a menu toggle. Using it once will apply the elision effect, and using it again will remove it.
- An elided cell still has all of its data. Controls can still be interacted with, graphics resized and editing performed in the visible portion of the cell.
- The paper tear can be clicked and dragged vertically to resize the cell.
- Elide with Tear is typically used to make large output cells more readable, but the effect can be applied to any cell, including input and text cells.
